Nous continuons nos préparatifs, nous avons une réservation avec Airbnb pour 5 jours à Philadelphie en attendant l'arrivée du Dalian. Nous partons de Montréal vendredi en Greyhound. Notre hôte Dina Aibnb reste à Collingswood NJ, l'autre côté de la rivière de Philadelphie. Après avoir fait notre réservation, elle nous a recontactés pour nous avertir que nous risquions d'arriver pendant la sortie des Cigales de 17 ans, un espèce de cigale qui sort de la terre chaque 17 ans... par milliards. Il semble qu'en pleine saison, il y a 60 000 bibittes par personne dans la région! Ils ne sont pas dangeureux, sauf il semble qu'ils sont bien bruyants.

We continue our preparations, we now have an Airbnb reservation for 5 days near Philadelphia while waiting for the Dalian. We leave Montreal Friday by Greyhound. Our Airbnb host, Dina, lives in Collingswood NJ, the other side of the river from Philadelphia. After we made our reservation she contacted us to say that we will likely arrive at the same time as the 17 year Cicadas. Each 17 years they come out of the ground by billions. Apparently during the hight of the season there are 60,000 of these bugs for each person in the region! They aren't dangerous, except it seems that they make a LOT of noise.
